We understand our customers expect fast and secure delivery. All orders will be processed within 48 hours of the next business day. Unless you chose a freight upgrade, all orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Enhanced services inlcude USPS Overnight and International Delivery. Customers interested in International delivery please contact us at shopelder@yahoo.com before placing your order. International orders incur different shipping charges than are listed on the site.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

The ELDER HIGH SCHOOLŪ Online Spirit Store wants all of our customers to be completely satisfied with all your purchases. Please inspect all packages upon delivery for content and damages. All damaged and missing items need to reported to the ELDER HIGH SCHOOLŪ Online Spirit Store within 5 business days. If you are not completely happy with your item, you may return it for a refund or an exchange (less shipping) within 30 days of delivery. All items returned must be in new condition, with all the original packaging, tags and product information. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if the above conditions are not met.

For product return, you may use your choice of carrier. We ask for your protection, that you insure the full product value of your item for return. Please include a copy of the original invoice with your return.
